  When I started to install Setup.exe, it showed do not install on creative cloud. I therefore spent and installed directly the "Adobe Acrobat 64 DC - bit.msi. However, installing alsways stopped after a few seconds. I don't know if I need to buy the license for creative cloud that's why I faild at the first moment. But does not make sense for me to pay twice for a single product. So I wonder if my ways complicated the recognization of license purchase. I download the "Trial Version first with my Adobe ID" and I cleaned it by adobecleaner. I bought the one year through my company not my ID Adobe - license. In the website of our company, I download the Setup.exe and DC - 64 - bit.msi to my computer to Win10.
