  Yes, once you go update 74 - bit OS, you would be able to use Premiere Pro on your machine. Make sure that you check system requirements | Adobe Premiere Pro before trying to install it.

  I didn't jump from Adobe CS4 supported GPU for the first time in CS4. I knew it was related to problems with CS4. So I jumped this version of Photoshop.   I had CS5, and I pointed out bugs to which they introduced in CS4 Adobe.  Adobe has recognized bugs and said that maybe in some next version of Photoshop, they could fix bugs in CS4 that I have reported. Well I use CC 2014 now 2015 CC has too many questions and I reported it to Adobe CS4 bugs are still in 2014 of CC.

  So I never installed CS4 and I don't have CS5 on windows 10.  I have CS2, CS6 and CC on windows 10 they all seem to have no problem running on Windows 10. However, I normally use Photoshop CC 2014.
