It is impossible to use. I try to activate photoshop CC but I always get an activation code request, even though I have my Bill from my annual plan starts on January 26. I'm wasting my time to surf the web and adobe help pages, but nothing helps me. In my view, I am immersed in the movie Groundhog Day. I start my search in the page '¿need help?' and after half an hour and hundreds of clicks, stupid questions and answers, I am again facing '¿need help?'.
There is no way to send an innocent e-mail just to say please cancel my subscription. It's stupid.
