Hide shadow onfocus

I have a bitmap image, but when I get the update, it seems, a shadow, I don't want that to happen. This is my code

 bfMeeting = new BitmapField(meeting,BitmapField.FOCUSABLE){                 protected boolean navigationClick(int status, int time){           doAction();           return true;     }      protected void onFocus(int direction){           setBitmap(meeting_focus);           invalidate();     }     protected void onUnfocus(){           super.onUnfocus();           setBitmap(meeting_unfocus);           invalidate();     }     protected void drawFocus(Graphics g, boolean on) {           super.drawFocus(graphics, false);     }                     };

any suggestion?

The transparent areas of the image are highlighted on a BitmapField carefully.  The white areas you're stressing are transparent on your image?  If Yes, fill it with a color instead of a transparent area should avoid this.

  • VirtualKeyboard and fields

The Storm, should the virtual keyboard automatically appears when a text entry field is centered?  Should the virtual keyboard will disappear if any other field is concentrated?

I have a screen with a BasicEditField and an ObjectChoiceField.  If the BasicEditField is the first field on the screen, the virtual keyboard gets displayed when the screen is pushed on the stack.  If I concentrate the ObjectChoiceField, the virtual keyboard remains on the screen.

If the ObjectChoiceField is the first, the virtual keyboard does not appear when the screen is pressed.  If I concentrate the BasicEditField, the virtual keyboard does not appear.  I choose show keyboard on the menu to see it.

Should not the virtual keyboard automatically appears based on the ground?  Otherwise, what is the good work around?  Should I really decide if each of my fields need a keyboard and then show and hide in onFocus?

    It's on a Storm 9530-4.7.0.148.

    Thank you.

The virtual keyboard will be displayed automatically.  I was able to reproduce it and handed the issue to our development team.  Thanks for reporting this!

To work around the problem, you can manually display the virtual keyboard.

There are two editable texts (unrasterized/editable)... The two applied shadow effects... They are very close together, so the shadow effect over top of the lower layer on layer.

  • A shadow scope-missing 'layer mask hides effects' of discoloration in CS5

I'm using CS5.  I want to create a shadow of discoloration on a form/box. See the image attached below.

    In Photoshop, it's easy by:

    (1) create a form
    (2) add the layer mask to the shape layer
    3) click on gradient, gradient to increase the value and the value gradient color black white
    (4) gradient drag where you want on the form.  The shadow will bleed actually through the form and not only on the edges, which is not wanted.
    (5) open the layer styles, under Merge Options, select mask the layer mask effects and it will get rid of the shadow appears in the middle of the form and you'll end up with drop shadow perfect, faded around the edges (see below for finished product).

Fireworks is missing from step 5.  There is no blending Options and there is no effect of mask mask layer.   Or if there is, I have not found. I'm using CS5.  Any ideas how to do this in Fireworks?

    fading-drop-shadow.jpg

Clone of the form. Change the color of the clone of gray, and in the properties panel, change its type of edge to the pen.  With the clone still selected, choose commands > Creative > Auto vector mask. Select the type of mask down, left by clicking on its image and then apply it. In the layers panel, click the new group of mask to select. Click on the subject of black mask on the right of the two objects related to operate the gradient adjustment handle. Shorten and rotate the gradient until you get the desired effect.

iCloud drive holds shadow copies of all the files on your Mac so you can always access your documents, even in offline mode. It is supposed to keep your documents synced to your devices, not as only an off-site storage to save space on the mac.

You can't stop the shadow - on iCloud drive all files will be downloaded to your Mac, if you enable iCloud drive.

If you want to iCloud drive as an external storage without the shadow, don't turn on your Mac, but only use the web interface at www.iCloud.com to download and view the documents there. But then you will not be able to see iCloud drive as a drive in the Finder.

  • Shadow has the color of the background

I really need help that this assignment is due in a few days and I can't understand what is wrong.

I made a page with objects that had brought on a custom background shadows. I was criticized by my professor to lighten the color of the background, but I had already flattened in a single layer. So I removed it with the intention of recreating a similar context. However when I put it behind the objects already here, the shadows of each object by default the color of the background. If I hide the background they come back to black. I have no idea how it happened. If I change the color of the shadow, he mixes with the color of the background. E.g. I have a yellow background. I changed the drop shadow to the red, and it's a shade of orange.

I use Photoshop CS6 on a 2010 MacBook Pro running OS X El Capitan.

What is the mode of fusion for shadows? And opacity? These two things will allow the future background with the color of the shadow.

  • change the background while retaining the shadow.

    Thank you!

Hide the model, use curves to adjust the background and shadow to the new values using an adjustment layer curve.

  • Shadow of a set of objects hidden in PDF export

    Hello

I have a problem when you exported a PDF interactive display.

One of my objects on page is a button with a drop shadow and a State of latent defect.  When a hotspot is wound on the button appears and must appear to hover over the page with the shadow below.  When the hotspot is rolled out of the shadows and then the button should disappear.

Instead, what I get is a button that hides and turns out perfectly, but a shadow that is always on.  I did the shadow with the 'Shadow' FX option.

No idea why this is happening?

    See you soon,.

    -Steve

    3.JPG

    Thanks for the PDF, dig.

I can't say how the shadow is separated from the key. But that's what seems to have happened. The only other thing I can think is that shadows are actually created on the buttons in itself, but maybe the group - if there is a group of objects. Or a framework that was created by inadvertence, but was never turned into a button and an active button.

I can't make my quickie file test failure. I would recommend looking through the layers panel to find any image that the shadow is actually attached to.

  • Help with two text objects which are spaced closely shadow effect...

    Hi all

I have 2 text objects, the two effects of shadows drop applied, as they are spaced closely, his shadow effect is quite visible on another text as its white colored text...

What should I do if the two text will be clearly visible / no drop shadow effect to a text on another?

Sorry, I'm completely new to this... Please give a link if there requested similar question already here...

Thanks for taking a peek @ the question...

    Vish...

If you put the text layer that has shadow top above the layer which is the cause, it will go away.

If the effects of two layers are performing each other then you just put one on the other.  You need to go and fix it manually.  There are two ways to do this:

    (1) in the menu effects for shadows check the box that says 'layer mask hides effects '.  Then create a layer mask and simply hide the shadow where you don't want to.

    (2) put the layer with the shadow in a group and put on a mask of clipping on the group.  You can then paint in the shade.

Stamp 3) visible, then layer mask.

  • Auto-hide taskbar Client - full screen - VMware View 5

    Hello

We intend to deploy a VMware View solution to all our staff.

I'm looking for a way to make the default client full screen WITH the bar higher in auto-hide mode (and all this from the command line).

    auto-hide.png

So far, I found no documented to achieve command line option.

I know that if the first time you have to click once to release the top bar it will remain like this for the next sessions.

But I would avoid and explain this to all of the staff.

Alternatively, if you know a registry/command line option to have this totally hidden bar, I'm interested too!

    Thank you,

    Good day

    Eric

See the Administration Guide from view for the Client Group policies. The search option is the following:

    The shadow pin

X determines if the PIN on the shadow at the top of the window View Client is enabled and floating of the menu bar does not occur. This setting has no effect if the shadow is disabled. This setting is enabled by default.

  • How to add a drop shadow on this flattened PNG image?

    First timer here-

When I hide the blue globe Wired where I want the shadow, the Inspector no longer allows me to add the effect.

Is there a workaround or solution in a different way to select the globe, to make the world its own layer and apply the effect?

    Thank you very much

Hello Ken, I'm not sure that I can help because I don't know what a 'wired blue globe'.  However, you have described as a flattened .png.

If you try to add a shadow to a .png of resource file in your Fireworks work?

NB.  It is unusual to flatten a .png file, because the .png files are used for transparency and flattening out this quality.  I use Fireworks CS4 and a PC, and I've tried both a normal and a flattened .png.  These image files have been imported into the document, on any given page, then their own layer.  In addition, I right click the none flattened .png and was still able to add a drop shadow.

Make sure that you did your household and know that the asset you are trying to add a drop shadow, is highlighted in the layers panel, and you are on the right page. Also, make sure that the view of the page layout is in iconic Mode [top-right]: which means go all the panels icon and the properties panel is entirely visible.

For PC, set the value of the assets, choose Properties, click the small arrow next to the + sign, filter located. If this does not work for you. Then give more info on how you created the asset, what operating system you are using and what version of Firefox.  I hope this helps.  Sometimes, all programs Adobe sort of can get stuck.  So just close doc and open again and hopefully, should dissipate the bugs.  Best wishes

Discover ships with ADM templates to the Group Policy Editor, which affects many parameters, including the shadow masking/disabling (spoken in the deployment guide, found here: http://www.vmware.com/files/pdf/resources/vmware-view-xp-deployment-guide.pdf). You could probably look at ADM templates to find the exact keys. Another thread, http://communities.vmware.com/thread/205121, speaks also where are these keys. You could probably look at a desktop computer that has installed the Agent view and see what the keys are exactly. I used the ADM templates in my domain GPO, and I the default hidden shadow using those. I can see what registry keys are defined by the GPO in one of my offices from view if you need me for.

  • How to extract a shadow of an existing image?

I have an image. I don't have the psd, but I wouldn't like to use the 'shadow' of this image as background in a div. Nobody knows the easiest (if it exists) to extract the fall to hide him from a picture? Thank you, Buffmin.

To avoid problems on the edges, I guess you must remove the Red object (with the Clone Stamp tool or another) near its edges.

You can simply set this layer Blend Mode multiply or loading a channel (ctrl-click in the Panel layers), invert the selection and create a layer of solid black color.
