Hide the parameters passed on the way

I use the anchor tag to navigate from one page to another. I am passing parameters to the page via the anchor so tag. That is, < a HREF = "test.cfm? Param1 = Yes & Param2 = No. "> edit < /A >"

Is it possible to do without showing the settings of the path displayed in the browser?

Nope

    Safari and Firefox needs ways to enable/disable/hide (the menu and via shortcuts) tabs, Favorites (bookmarks) bar, (and bar address [which do not have Safari]), so that they are visible to a person who you show your screen not visible on just one full screen. Yes, you can expose a screenshot that excludes one or more of these bars, but it is a nuisance to have to do, and in any case, that still leaves the problem of the bars being visible to other people who show you your screen.

    We can change the image to something less offensive (even an empty frame - the procedure of which is in this article:http://smallvoid.com/article/vista-welcome-screen.html), but they cannot be removed entirely.  If you want the Welcome screen, you will have to live with the icons.

    Sorry, but this option is being Setup.

    I hope this helps.

    You know a way to hide the desktop.ini from the desktop?

    I opened the properties and tried to make hidden, but they are already hidden. So why am I see them on my desk? It should only show us the hidden files in Explorer or any other program that lists the files and folders. My setting in Folder Options to show hidden files, otherwise hides them in Explorer too. I'm not changing this coz either, I want to see all the files and folder on my hard drive. No there is no way to hide just those on desktop?

    No there is no way to hide just those on desktop?

    No, it isn't. As far as I KNOW, you hide everything or you're not hiding anything. If you really want to get rid of it, you can move it to another folder, where you won't see it.

  • I put 240 photos in an InDesign document using mini bridge.  Is there a way to hide the photos I used after I have put in my document?

    I put 240 photos in an InDesign document using mini bridge.  Is there a way to hide the photos I used after I have put in my document?

    I think Willi, and I even read your question differently. I thought you wanted to hide the images in Mini Bridge once they have been placed in InDesign so that you could keep track of those who you have (if you put twice the same image). If you want to hide in InDesign (as Willi read the question), his suggestion is very good. Another alternative is to use the shortcut to hide (command 3 on Mac OS), after putting the images, but before you click next to deselect them.

    I do not use Mini Bridge, so I can't help you there. If you want to use the full version of the bridge, you can use a Move command to move the selected items to another folder (temp), where they will not appear in your current folder. You can move after that that they all were placed. A bit of a hack, but it could work.

    Help!  I'm stuck.  No, not the child into the well.  I took a picture and put a second layer top with a rounded rectangle to make a frame.  My problem is that I need to find a way to hide the small box outside the box on the second layer.  Thanks to all those who can help you.

    Another option is to put the Options bar of the Rectangle rounded to the path tool

    Trash bolt for the background layer, hold down the Cmd key and click on the symbol of the new layer to layer below the image to white. Then edit > fill with white.

    Return the image layer and draw the image as a path

    Click the load as a selection path in the Panel traced

    Edit > stroke and stroke with color

    Select > Inverse > delete

  • What happened to the ability to hide the "mobile dash" (CTRL/CMD (H) in Photoshop?  I can't see the edges of my selection with the mobile dotted lines in the way!

    I used Photoshop since version 2.5 when it came to 16 disks.  In all versions I've bought over the years (many) up to CS3, I've always been able to use CTRL + H (Windows) or CMD + H (Mac) to hide the "mobile dash" edge of the selection.  This is extremely useful when doing all sorts of adjustments where the outline of the selection must be considered while "fiddling with the buttons" (so to speak).  Without being able to hide the limits of selection ("mobile dash"), I often have to get a better idea, cancel the selection, get disgusted that the edge is not what I want, then have to cancel, select new, try again... over and over again.   It is a SIMPLE feature, but the lack of it, driving me crazy.  HELP, I tried, but it doesn't have the height of the promise.  If there is a way to hide the dotted moving line, where is the menu item, and what the shortcut?

    You can assign Ctrl/Cmd-H to hide the edges of the selection (Edit > keyboard shortcuts) only, if you want to hide everything, but you will be notified if any other function has the shortcut.

  • Is there a way to hide the menu in windowed mode VMware Workstation 8 bar?

    While in windowed mode is there a way to hide the menu bar on a crowd of Win7?  This menu bar is absolutely huge (about 2 x as large as it should be!) so I was wondering if it was possible to get rid of it?  I know it was possible in older versions, because I found some guides on how to do it.  These guides apply to Workstation 8.  I don't want to use the unit because it's too hard to keep the instances of BONE separate and organized in a meaningful way.

    If any VMware staff are reading this, I would recommend that VMware uses a menu bar of title as Firefox 8 on Windows 7.  With the little drop down menu built into the title bar of the window instead of a space hogging the menu bar stretched all the way in all top of the window.  Or at least implement a combination of keys in option show/hide the menu bar. Please?

  • at the bottom - the url if you click on it - it passes across the browser. How can I turn off completely - it's annoying and gets in the way

    specifically, this becomes a problem when I'm in a living room discussion of IP - and if it is not a technical problem it is just an annoyance, and I was wondering if there is anyway to disable. Then maybe I can see the url at the top near the menu bar or not at all.

    You can use this extension to hide the ToolTip that indicates the URL for a link on hover and other data that was previously in the status bar.

  • Hide the debug window

    Hello

    I create an addon based on an external DLL programmed in c inside the DLL I give the floor to DbgPrintf to print details about loading the DLL, internal behaviour, etc. That's why the window Debug to display and print these messages. This window, however, may be useful for some users, to experience the somewhat difficult to use. I want to hide this window somehow, and let the user decide whether to display the debug window or not.

    Is there a way to hide the LabVIEW debugging window, so it does not appear even if DbgPrint is called in C code?

    Thank you!

    You could manage to turn debugging on or off in your C code:

    If {(iDbg)

    print debug information...

    }

    iDbg could be either an argument passed to your function or a static variable that you can put into power with a dedicated function:

    public static int iDbg;

    Sub DebugEnable (int iEnable)

    {

    iDbg = iEnable;

    return;

    }

  • Hide the button Quiz continue until all attempts

    Hello!

    I use 8 Captivate and have a quiz that allows 3 attempts failed. It's game to go to a slide if they pass and another if they fail. These work very well using the button continue.

    There is a cover and continue button.

    However, the shows continue button on the quiz results slide on the first and the second attempt. If the user clicks on this - the quiz is over - no attemtps allowed (no bar reading if it would make a difference).

    The instructions show on the failed attempts, "...". If the back button is displayed, click on it, if not, click on continue. »

    How to hide the continue button on the first 2 failed attempts?

    I was looking for articles and perhaps the answer is here - I'm just not reconstruct the it. I created an if/else statement to access the appropriate slide based on the % of quiz scored, but he then ignores the results of the quiz.

    I know that there is a way!

    Thank you for all the advice!
