Your selection is only for the last line:
$('#MYTABLE tr:last')
Why do you try to do that in a strange way? For example, have you considered that shrink the text won't hide the zeros for users who cannot see them? This Visual change has no effect on screen readers (or CSV export also). What about the ugly flicker which will lead as the browser redraws the table when it executes this script?
If you really want without zeros in the report, delete the source of the query:
select nullif(col1, 0) col1 , ... from ...

And separately anyone know the best way to things group in word, when you create your model? I need to regroup out of the year and then SGL but can't do it.

Save the report BI Publisher in Oracle Apps
Hello
I wanted to know, if we save a report BI Publisher in Oracle Apps. Please note that he is BI publisher version 10.1.3.4... I do not use any rdf here.
Thank you
AsYou can create custom within the EBS reports, but one based on using XML Publisher (because we still know there). The stand-alone version of BI Publisher allows to publish reports based on Oracle applications, but you must concede that separately (unlike what you get for free in EBS with the XML editor).
Custom reports can be done in EBS via XML Publisher, in how far it is between you and your Oracle representative. As-Reports - you can do all that with them in terms of their conversion to the format XML Pub.
We must also understand what is the code/query to generate the report at the independent use, while within EBS, you necessarily will never know that the module is in terms of a query.

Is there a way to hide the online button publish on the application toolbar?
I prefer to use InDesign as part of the application, but since the day I constantly get on the new button "Publish online", triggering the big boring overlay that blocks the buttons I wanted to achieve:
I do not use the online publication feature so I would like to get rid of him but I could not find a way to do it. Also I do not know why the overlay is triggered by a mouse on unlike the rest of the GUI that resembles a strange interface design decision.

10g - hide, the report contains the oracle user-defined function
Hi, experts,
of http://obiee101.blogspot.com/2008/07/obiee-cache-management.html
Reasons why a request is not added to the Cache:
•The-cacheable SQL element. If a SQL query contains Current_Timestamp, Current_Time, Rand, Populate, or a parameter marker, then it is not added to the cache.
•The-cacheable table. Physical in the Oracle BI Server repository tables can be marked "cacheable". If a query refers to any non-cacheable table then the results of the query will not be added to the cache.
•Cache hit. In general, if the query gets a cache hit on a previously cached query, then the results of the current query are not added to the cache. The exception is query that is aggregated at winding hits hits.
Result set is too large.
Query is canceled. This can happen by explicit cancellation of Oracle BI Presentation Services or Administration, or implicitly through timeout tool.
•Oracle BI Server is clustered. Queries coming into family "seeding cache" spread in the whole of the cluster. Other queries continue to be stored locally. Therefore, even if a query may be cached on the Server BI Oracle 1 node, it can not be on the node Server BI Oracle 2.
I would like to know
If the application (report on the dashboard) calls a function defined by the user to oracle, the cache can be created and saved for this report?
Thank you very much!Hello stephen,.
If the application (report on the dashboard) calls a function defined by the user to oracle, the cache can be created and saved for this report?
Yes, it is cached... function defined in the database is called OBIEE is cached and saved.
More information and example can be found here http://oraclebizint.wordpress.com/2007/09/10/oracle-bi-ee-10133-support-for-native-database-functions-and-aggregates/
Hope this helps you. Check answers to any other questions you have posted?

Report bi publisher and print settings
Hi guys,.
IAM BEEP again. I have a question... My client wants to print the report, BI Publisher and its parameters. (Similar to in Obiee we can print the parameters of dashboard reports OBIEE).
Please provide a solution for this.
Thank you and best regards,
FRÉDÉRIC COINT REDDY.
Take a look at this thread: Re: BI Publisher - display settings?
You can also include a new data model with a sql query like select 1, parameter 2 of double and to specify the source of sql data concatenated (using the 10 g version) at the level of the data model and the parameters is included in your xml data source and then you can just use them as needed.
11 g, as along as you select (check) the option 'xml output options-> Include parameter Tags' under properties data model, the settings will be included in your xml.
Thank you

ORACLE 10g reports - how to hide the screen parameter
QUESTION:
: I have a report that has been designed in 6i. It has a screen of parameter. Now, I have converted the report to 10g and pass parameters to the report of a form. The 6i parameter screen is therefore not required. However, when I look in the FORM of SETTING of PAPER report editor icon, the old route of 6i parameter appears.
HOW to stop screen parameter 6i to appear? I didn't need it more because the parameters are passed from a form. When you call report forms, pass the parameters PARAMFORM = report number.

This built-in function calls the report successfully.
But all of these parameters (server name, report name, name of user/passwords etc.) above, are presented in
title of the report, which is to hide for safety reasons.
Please guide me.
Thank you with respect.

Several numerical limit hide the exits "Unused" in the test report
Hello
I have a question about several limit test digital and output report in ascii txt format:
Example of a measure, that's what I see in the txt file:
Measure [74]:
Limits:
Low: 4.75
Top: 5.25
LowExpr: "
HighExpr: "
Units: V
Comparison type: FROZEN (> =)<>
CompExpr: "
UseCompExpr: false
Data: 5
Status: passedIs there anyway I can hide or "understand" the unused portion of the output? In this case I have LowExpr, HighExpr, CompExpr and UseCompExpr. It will be cleaner and easier to navigate... basically this report:
Measure [74]:
Limits:
Low: 4.75
Top: 5.25
Units: V
Comparison type: FROZEN (> =)<>
Data: 5
Status: passedKind regards
Mike
You're probably missing an indicator which is supposed to be there for some properties (i.e. PropFlags_DontCopyToResults). I don't see enough detail in your screen to see why this is happening, but if you enlarge the column in the middle or mailed this that all expressions are you using, I might be able to see what is happening. You can manually / programmatically readd this indicator for some properties, but it should really be configured by default on the expr properties already so I don't know why it isn't in your use case. The steptype sets the flag when running on the LowLimit and HighLimit are used as necessary for the case in which only one or no limit. It is generally expected the flag already set the other properties in need at the time of publishing.
You can view the source code at:
TestStand\Components\StepTypes\CommonSubsteps\
to see how the type of step limit multinumeric sets the flag.
Hope this helps,

My second (target) other employee details and report titled 'Report individual detail for employee' but my user requests they want to display the name of the report with the name of the employee. (passing the parameter to the title of the report). I mean, in the report of the source, if I click on "Rine Roy" target report should display with the following title

Hello
We organize reports in Viewer 10.1.2.48.18 URL in the portal.
It works fine, but sometimes the form of parameter in the viewer isn't really necessary (even "wanted").
The report has parameters but the user has already made selections in the portal and the LOVs are not very useful in the observer.
Y at - it a setting I can add or changes to the map, I can do, to hide the form parameter?
Kind regards
Tomas Albinsson
Stockholm, SwedenHi Tomas
The reason for which you had no response, is that the answer is no, there is no way to remove the shape parameter I'm afraid.Sorry about that
Best wishes

Dynamically show/hide columns in the reports of the IR

RDBMS: Oracle XE 11.2
Request Express 4.2.4.00.08
Hi all
I am bulding an open source oracle apex app to track aircraft using ADS - B technology.
I have somes types of units. for example (kilometers, miles, knots, feet and metres).
So, in the report of the IR, I want pick capable of showing a unit in time.
For example
Radio Group.
Ground speed: (*) km/h () Mhp (Knt)
Vertical speed: (*) ft/s (m/s)
Can anyone help to build a code or point a direction to get above result?
I tried already a thread, but did not work.
Apex: Display/hide report column with Radio button. 2 cents to Oracle by Christoph
Display / hide column IR dynamically
I have a limited knowledge of Oracle APEX.
Levi Pereira says:

I have somes types of units. for example (kilometers, miles, knots, feet and metres).
So, in the report of the IR, I want pick capable of showing a unit in time.
For example
Group of radio buttons.
Ground speed: (*) km/h () Mhp (Knt)
Vertical speed: (*) ft/s (m/s)
There are different ways to do this. Probably the easiest would be:
- Create lists of values (LOVs) for units.
- Add the elements of the Group of radio -based unity LOVs report interactive region (IR), by specifying one of the units as a default value.
- Present the radio group via the Items property of the Page to send IR region.
- Create multi-column report for each metric combination / unit.
- Control the display of the report columns (applies to IR, but also classic report columns) conditionally using value of element in the Expression 1 = Expression 2 conditions Expression 1 is the group element of relevant radio and Expression 2 unit LOV value corresponding to that used in the column of the report.
- Add a dynamic action on the evolution of the components of the radio to refresh the IR region.
A less obvious approach would also use LOVs, group radio elements and dynamic action of change/update as above, but only have one column for each measure in the report. The column value is calculated using an expression based on the value of the radio group, for example:
. . . /* Assuming base speed unit is km/h */ ground_speed * case :p1_ground_speed_unit when 'mph' then 0.621371 when 'kn' then 0.539957 else 1 end ground_speed . . .
The unit could be indicated in the column heading in the report referring to the element of the device by using a substitution of static text string:
Ground Speed (&P1_GROUND_SPEED_UNIT.)
