  as far as I know, you should be able to limit the areas exposed to the user in the advanced search with the R18.

  Michael, tere is a new privilege called "all areas of research and lists of" who controls if a user sees all available fields or only the links in the Registration Details page.

  The toolbar should say "work plan" - after the input box marked: name, there are a few small icons, the second to the long said 'Display Options' If you go over it. • Changing numeric value in the advanced search datafinder range

  I try to use the Datafinder advanced search to get all files with a certain value in the amplitude channel.  I'm trying to do it by searching for the name of the channel = Amplitude and maximum track = number. For some reason, maximum has a range of values of 1 to 1, and this impedes my ability to research. When I try to look for another value out of reach, say Amplitude = 0.2, I get no results.  Is it possible that I can lift the restriction of the value or go around another way?

  Hi Ellie,

  The file DDHN you posted doesn't have one Maximum or Minimum property registered in the channel ' entry/Amplitude voltage settings' (or another).  If you resave this tiara channel, it will be, but you must decide the best way to automatically fill properties.  The DataFinder cannot query a property whose value is defined on NoValue.

  What is confusing about this scenario, is that the tiara automatically calculates the properties Maximum and Minimum for each channel that is loaded in the data portal, it seems that these properties have values - when you load them in DIAdem, they do it.  But if you look at the table of properties DataFinder, according to Eva, you will see that the values are all NoValue.

• Where is the 'advanced search' function to search for modules?

  Previously, when "shopping" for a new add-on, I clicked on 'Advanced search', which helped specify me that these limits as extensions only (not), my OS, version of Firefox recently updated rating minimum, etc.. I see that more - surely it's not really gone while the number of available modules continues to grow.

  I've been to the 'store' through the Add-ons Manager, Access tab modules get. Is there a better way to avoid having to sort through dozens of the less appropriate offers?

  I welcomed Adobe Reader to update itself, and in the new version, it doesn't seem to be a way to use what has been called an 'advanced search' - this old tool has allowed me to quickly find some page 1 000 documents and gave a list of all the places in the document, which was the key word (usually for me it is a special plant species). The new version seems awkward and only lets you search a a case point at a time. I would like to have my old version back - and maybe that's an option?

  OK, it's because in a search item, you can use wildcard characters as much as you want: "%b % cdef to %.
  If you want to restrict the maximum length, you need to make a custom template for findTextInput.vm and add the following macro:

• How to prevent the address\search-area of resizing and hide the other buttons of the same bar?

  I reduced my bars to 2 - on which there are all the buttons of addons, etc. - are more in the bar as well as the field address\search; on the other - the tabs.

• command-G, the search in the advanced search does not

  Acrobat Pro DC is missing a feature in Acr. Pro XI (or earlier version): command-G used to advance the cursor to the next found item, even in DC the way in regular research (command + F research). Or at least, I discovered. Is - this really missing? Move, an object found at the other, requires a lot of clicking; I prefer the simple command key shot.

  Just disabled accessibility (Préf.) assistive technology / 'activate technical assistance' and that is, command-G and comm-SHIFT-G both work now.

  Yes in the above link documentation there will be discussion to change labels (captions) as well as to make the field read only or hidden as well. A lot of possible combinations. Groups of metadata that are stretchy and compressible, required only, display fields with special messages required etc.

  So yes to the profiles and rules you can change dynamically legends.

  Create a static region which equip your Lov article

  Now you have three regions

  1 static area - container of your LOV point

  2. new customer area

  3. existing customer area

  1. create a dynamic action to show and hide the new client area

  Event: change

  Selection type: point

  : Item Lov that contains (new or existing value)

  Condition: equals

  Value: N (assuming that N is the new customer return value)

  Action: show

  Fire on loading the Page: Yes

  Generate the opposite action of false: Yes

• Rule hides the search fields

  I have a comprehensive rule to reduce the fields of metadata users see. I was tripping on the conditions originally but had so I found it easier to remove them all, however I realized that the only rule of information is also applied to the fields in the advanced search screen, what is the dpEvent for research please, so I can out - screen or even create a rule so that users can search only on relevant metadata elements.

  You can use ((dpAction like 'Search')) in the activation of rule condition, so it is applied to the search form.
