• Double line objectlistfield

  I have an objectlistfield which shows a bunch of selectable items that can be selected. The problem with this is that each text is very long and needs at least two lines and the objectlistfield seems not to support this feature. It cuts just text.

  I tried increasing the height of each line, but the text does not change its format. I read that possible solutions would be to replace the "drawListRow" of the objectlistfield but I can't figure out how to do it properly.

  I'll appreciate any type of help.

  First, you must set the line height. Usually, I take double the font size and add 2 for good measure.

  Now you can adjust the drawListRow. You get a parameter which determines where you are in your current line. drawText takes x and y as input. You can draw the first line by using drawText(5,y,text) and the second using drawText (5, y + listField.getRowHeight / 2, Text2). You must take care of a linebreak correct etc, I usually do with a StringTokenizer.

  I am using the following code to highlight a line in my report, calling it via an onclick event-

  I have an icon in the same line that opens a popup page where a user can change this particular record. Once the changes have been made and a click on the button "Apply changes", the window popup closes and the page is refreshed to show the changes, but my highlight the line disappears. How can I go to keep this line was highlighted after the page is reloaded?

  Tammy,

  The reason is that the background color is applied, not the tr element, but its td elements. You can use:

  $('#'+pThis).parents('tr').eq(0).children('td').addClass('current');

• How to detect a selection of lines ObjectListField?

  I have a list of 20 or if things defined in the ObjectListField.  I want to detect when the user taps an item with your finger (on the storm and other devices of contact aware to follow), or scrolls to the item and click the trackball (like on the curve or "BOLD").

  I can't find documentation for this.

• Highlight the ObjectListField in PopupScreen

  Hi all

  I have a PopupScreen (that I build using this constructor)

  PopupScreen (new VerticalFieldManager(), Manager.VERTICAL_SCROLL)

  In this PopupScreen, I have an ObjectListField of 20 pieces. I can scroll the item in the list, but when I do this I don't see initially hidden elements (i.e. the number of points 11, 12,..., 20, they are black!). I tried to substitute the PopupScreen navigationMovement

  Check your Application-> Page 2 30870. I've set up a dynamic action to reach the line highlighted when selected.

  Here are the steps to achieve the highlighted line:

  • Changed the definition of class employee culminating point to CSS-> section of the line on the page:

  I would like to be able to highlight a row of data on a form in a table based on a column of some data. I found many here messages that reference standard reports, but is there a way to highlight an entire line of data based on some criteria of tabular form?

  A proposal, you have removed the standard formatting for other lines by crushing. On the top of my head, you should leave the standard formatting in first position and add a second condition for your highlighted line.

  I've heard many good things about Jquery. I was trying to see for myself how to get Jquery to work with APEX. I have this sample code snippet which row highlighting when you move to a table row. The code works as an html file, but I can't seem to make it work with APEX. This is the procedure that I followed in APEX:
  
  1 downloaded the jquery library in APEX workspace.
  
  2 change the page template to include the jquery library. I rename the library jquery to "jqmin_126.hs".

  I came across this problem as well. What happened is associated for the TD tag style was crushing the style of the TR tag. So even though I was adding and removing classes the tr page would not reflect the changes.

  I would first of all that the Jquery works by adding the following to my header section.

  });
  

  If it works I would try adding .find ("td") to edit the CSS of each data table which changes the background of the line.

  Hope this can steer you in the right direction.

  I was presented with a challenge.

  Our team of mechanics built a machine that randomnly erodes the surface of a test tube.

  It is an image of a specimen captured at the beginning of a test:

  

  As you can see four white lines are present in the image, the lines are caused by the reflections of the lamps.

  And this is a picture of a similar specimen at the end of a test.

  

  We already found a satisfactory means to measure areas of erosion and it seems to be robust for all colors of possible test specimen

  Now they decided they wanted the machine to measure the length of the white reflection lines (online), because the erosion to some materials only causes the surface to become tangled.

  And not necessarily give obscurity eroded area above.

  an example of such a case of use can be seen below:
  

  I tried several approaches without success.
  Ideally I would like to isolate the highlighted lines, so that the system could identify almost the same lines as those which is hand painted below

  

  Tried methods:

  1)
  IMAQ find Edge, to get the endless lines that best described the lines of reflection highlighted.
  Then using an binning method, the line is segmented, in the place where there is enough light in the picture.
  This method is, however, very sensitive to the horizontal change in lighting and usually either find endpoints, or frosted and middle section correctly.

  2)
  Tuning IMAQ detect lines
  It gives me:
  

  Which is exactly what I want, as I hoped that the lines on the left of the eroded area would also include, and lines lie above and below the highlights would have been excluded, but getting close.

  3)
  High pass filter of the image to improve the edges and remove the effects of the quality of variable light.
  The built-in methods had tend to reinforce the edge of erosion more or equal to the highlights, so I tried to build my own kernel to improve only the horizontal characteristics, but even with a core of 5 x 5 was the best result I got:
  

  Who has not exactly me left to separate the highlights of the eroded area.

  4)
  Finally, I tried a cross-correlation with an image of a horizontal line with a small width.
  

  Yet once I improved more than eroded area the line feature I was interested.

  If you have an idea, that I can use to either improve the highlighted lines, so that the length can be measured I would really appreciate it.
  I tried to adjust gamma, contrast and brightness to make the 'white' lines stand out, but due to the change in light, this also gives the bright Center of the image until the lines are increased in the extremities.

  You can very easily find everything at the top and the bottom line using advanced search of edge. It extracts the values of the pixels form the profile of the line and you should be able to detect all non-uniform pixel values.

  I'm trying to read a lot and take notes of .pdf documents.

  I'm looking far the .pdf when taking notes and need to find where I was in the text when I'm back.

  It would be useful if there is a tool that resembled a highlighted line or segment of text (multiple lines) that I could go up and down the .pdf my arrows.

  It would be a quick way to get back to where I was.

  This exists?

  Use the square under the comment Panel to create a rectangle of furniture. If select you and press Ctrl + E, then you would be even able to define a fill color for it. However, you cannot drag between the pages. You will need to cut and paste.

• Lines of transformation in a collection based on the css class?

  Hi all - I'm sorry if the answer to this is obvious, but I am a bit stuck. I have a report based on a collection of apex_. I have a simple dynamic action that allows users to click and highlight some lines in the collection report (I use just toggleClass on a jQuery selector). Now, I want to use only the highlighted lines in a process of pl/sql.

  I guess I also need to update the collection sort to indicate that a line is "selected", as perhaps together an unused column as c050 to a certain value, and then I can query the records and use it in my plsql? Put in evidence is right in the browser and is not visible to the db (correct?) so I think it's the best option?

  I also have the same question for the columns, that is if I let the user select an entire column and I want to use only the column values in a plsql.

  All the tips are greatly appreciated.

  You're already halfway there - add another action to your dynamic action that uses jQuery on the trigger and execute some PL/SQL to add the Member to the collection.

• Hide, select the box while highlighting features

  I have an interactive report where I set up a few rows emphasizing connected as a developer.  After I implemented the highlighted line, I re - edit the region report and disable the search bar (the Include-> No. search bar) because I don't want the users to have the ability to see the options or change the report.  But when I run the report, I still see the box/area highlight above my region to report.

  I don't want users to be able to toggle the highlight, so I need the point box culminating for not being visible, while maintaining the feature highlighted, I put in place.

  Can anyone offer a solution?

  I'm not a web developer by all means, please keep that in mind when posting a solution.
