  Hi, button for the job history is not present in SQLD.
  But you can use select SQL command * of dba_scheduler_jobs; for the history of employment. TOAD is probably using this source for the story of job.

  I put off calling McAfee because I really didn't know that they were the cause. That was your answer which has me thinking about another program that I ran before I did the XP Reinstall (PC Tools Registry Mechanic) and I reinstalled it later. After looking into it a bit more closely, I uninstalled this program and now 'historical' works very well! I think there's a couple of switches here that caused the problem. Thanks for driving me to a solution.
