  the problem is that I tried to open a flashdrive in a right click and selecting open with--> itunes. as soon as I clicked on this all the files seem to have converted to itunes. Even the recovery system open in itunes. I went back through the process and this time opened with internet explorer, which then changed all the files to the internet explore.
