• THE problem with Horizontal Spry Menu

  I use a horizontal Spry menu on my new Web site of the office. In IE9, but on the subpage of the site, the submenu display strangely, fill a horizontal space rather than descend vertically. It works on the index page, and it seems to me that the divs and other circumstances are the same in each file. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

  The Spry menu that is built into Dreamweaver using older code that is not compatible with IE 9. If you want to use a Spry menu, you need to use Spry Menu 2.0, you can install using the browser Widget from Adobe. See http://www.adobe.com/devnet/dreamweaver/articles/spry_menu_bar.html.

  On the other hand, you might be better off looking for a different menu. There has been a lot of problems with Spry, and the framework has not been updated for several years.

  2. Modify > templates > make attribute editable
  3. Select the code in the drop down attribute
  4. If there is no ID attribute then click Add and type the ID in the next dialog box
  5. Attribute: ID
     Check the box 'Make attribute editable '.
     Enter anything in the field of the default label for example foo
     Ok
  6. Dreamweaver will change thetag to read
  7. The ID is now editable
  8. Save the model and update the child page

  In each page of the child:

  1. Edit > properties of the model
  2. Select the id attribute in the list (it's probably the only one listed)
  3. Change its name in the box to any name matches your CSS rule for the active state of the page
  4. Ok
  5. Save
  6. Download

  Put your spry menu in your header div is not a good idea.  When you set the header rules, the menu will be affected.  I gave you the code

  Highlight 'Insert menu spry here' and insert your spry menu.

  Put the code above after the closing of your head tag

  Make sure the css for the header and menu bar are the same width and postitioning.

  I have a horizontal sliding menu that works how I want it except that I would make a loop and appear continuous left and right instead of stop when it reaches the end of the left and right buttons. What is the best way to change the script below to continue to the left or right depending on the orientation of the mouse so that it performs a loop and start again? I know that if I delete the statement that it will keep going left or right, but how do the clip repeat so that it doesn't fly off the stage? Duplicate the movieclip and try to position it? I see this fact on many sites, but I don't know how they do it. I can provide the FLA as well if that helps.

  In my view, the vertical scroll bar is initially objects to be moved.

  To resolve this problem, you can add a scroll bar to all pages. To achieve the same thing:

  On the file menu in Muse, select Site Properties. The visibility for the scroll bars vertical browser, set to Always.

• Using CSS - positioning horizontal spry menu

  I built a menu horizontal Spry amounting to 800 px of width and horizontally centered in a div.

  But I put the height of the menu bar to 2 ems to try to force the div parent having the same height as the menu bar. I don't think it's the right approach:

  (1) I read somewhere that it is not advisable to adjust the height of the menu items. and

  (2) to the opera (only tested in Opera, Safari, Firefox), I see a little extra high enough (in the gray area) under the Spry menu - I want the heights to exactly match, and actual size when a user resizes the text and the menu bar grows.

  does anyone know how I can add un film menu in a movie I'm safe on the computer and not on a disk?

  The film on a USB stick or an external hard drive connected to a TV should have a menu at the beginning film. You should be able to Choose to play the whole movie or Select a scene.

  is not really a problem. I'm just separated films together in the same file. If I make the connection with the TV, I have a choice this piece, I want to see.

  I bought the version 13.1 and dislikes spending money for an older version for the few times that I need.

  I continue to upgrade to the latest version of Premiere Elements, hoping that the final version will have several themes menu of films.  Version 13 seems to have the same as the last version.  I know that I can modify these themes but would like to have more ready for use.

  When I watched the first 13 items tryout a few hours after his release by Adobe in September 2014, there are 2 new movie menus. They were under the children were the names of corner and there whereas and back to school. It seemed a bit of confusion in that the category Kids Corner because it shows unexplained apparently duplicated points.

  I just installed the purchased version and can't find no recital and return to the school in any of the categories. So, it would seem that the 12 and 13 have the same number of choices of theme.

• Edition on DVD after using the movie menu.  Text of scene selection will not update after clicking on the advance button.

  I created a movie and used the Menu movie option.  I have 24 scenes.  After having engraved on a DVD the DVD will not update the text or the images listed by backstage after clicking on the button to move to the next series of scenes. However, if you click on the scene it will take you to a scene that should be on a page.   I use first elements 13 Windows 8.1 with 16 GB of RAM.  I tried different a few times and still have the same problem.  Thanks for your suggestions!

  I found my problem.  I got the Motion Menu button checked on each marker of the scene.  After that take-off it works perfectly.

  No, it's false. When you divide the width by 4, you're actually containing everything on the menu in this width, not for each button.
