How audio clips in Cp5 name?

I'm their recording in Captivate, not Soundbooth.

I would like to be able to see the name of the library easily.

Thanks for Seattle.

Alice

Hi Alice,.

Utilisation use the context menu in the library on the clip, choose Properties, and you can rename the audio clip. You can use the "find in a library" (CTRL-B) to locate the clip on a slide in the library

The only way that you can rename the audio file from within hearing is to do a save slot of the display of waveform AFAIAA. You can rename clips by clicking in the name box at the top of the Properties window, or by right-clicking on the clip and selecting rename from the drop menu (this will automatically open the Properties window if it is not already open).

  • How to make the loop audio clips in the first or elsewhere

HOW CAN I DO AUDIO LOOPING CLIPS IN THE FIRST OR ELSEWHERE?

None of these answers are correct.

My brother found this thread, looking for help and left in frustration, asking for the answer instead.

Kevin Monahan response is only semi-finished.

    Here's the full answer:

Looping a video or audio clip on the timeline, right-click and select 'nest...".

Name the nest, what you please.

Now, double-click on nested clip you just created. This allows to enter the nested sequence.

NOW you can select the clip, copy and Paste several times. (Just keep hitting CTRL V, and the read head automatically moves forward to place the next clip.)

    Return to the main sequence.

Now you can use the selection tool to extend this nest as much or as little as you like.

It is a far superior method, because a nested sequence is a SINGLE ELEMENT that can be resized, given effects, moved, lengthened and shortened very easily.

  • Slide show, how to clip the same length as the audio file?

    Hello

I have several PowerPoint presentations and need to do a MP4 video file for each of them. I know how to export the slides in still images, and I also have the audio files into individual mp3 files that correspond to each slide.

I'm trying to understand the best way to get the slides and audio files synchronized in Premiere Elements.

Yesterday, I imported all the images png and files mp3 audio in my project. But I had to individually add each image, followed by mp3, and then in the timeline manually stretch the image to make it last as long as the audio file. It was rather tedious and I have a lot of presentations with many slides to work with. I'm sure there must be a better way to make all this happen, no?

Can someone help me out here?

    1. is there a way to make the clip of the image corresponds to the time of the audio clip?

    2. is it possible to import all the audio files and image (both given that they have the same names) and have PE automatically associate the image with the audio clip?

    Thank you, Derek

    1. you can place audio in Audio track 1 of the first timeline (timeline, no scene)

    2. then remove the image to where the audio file begins. Pressing the «»

    3. slide the end of the clip exactly where the audio ends. Whe you are near the end of audio with drag that he should just stick to it.

    4. the Group of the audio file and image together (right click and select a group after selecting the two together)

    5. Select the clip and make a right click and use the fade-in and out option. You can fade in the video and let the audio simply continue. This makes it look and sound good.

    6. place the audio file next and dedicated to do the same until all of them are made. Stage grouping is not necessary, but if you keep working with PRE, you could thank me just for her!

I tried these steps as I was typing this post, I can't tell you for sure that PrE10 works as if it was designed JUST for this use case. So hoping you get to finish the project on time and with good quality!

  • How can I reach volume custom audio clips?

I work with many small audio clips, sometimes seconds in length. Everyone can have a fade in and out, and I need to move these clips as I cut & paste into a Word doc.

However when I do this, the volume settings follow the audio. How do I "anchor" line for each bit of the audio volume?

    Thank you very much.

Activate the option "Move track Automation with regions" in the Mix (in GarageBand 10 ") menu.

In GarageBand 11, you experience a similar option in the control menu. "Lock automation curves to regions.

  • No audio clip names do not in the timeline

In first CC, none of my audio tracks shows the name of the element.  The video tracks do just fine, but the audio tracks are just empty.  They play very well, but do not display the name of cip.  I tried to go through the settings but nothing seems to fix.  I tried to start a new project with different audio clips but still the same problem.
Under first CC (with the last update) Mac Pro running Mountain Lion.

In the timeline panel, select the timeline (wrench) display settings > display the names of Audio.

  • How can I register multiple audio clips (short) in a single long audio clip in first Pro CS5?

    Hello

The question is in the title, but I wonder how I can join multiple audio clips (short) in a single audio clip in PP CS5.5 long.  I put all my short clips just next to each other and selected all to see what options are available by clicking and using the options on the toolbar at the top.  The closest I got was to nest sequence, but not what I really want.

I want to merge all of the short videos in a single audio file (long) to use under the video.

Thoughts are welcome and much appreciated.

    Thank you

    -Melvin

O.K. This is the kind of basic and you will need to learn until on it fully... .but for now...

Make sure you have the WAB (work area bar) which covers the length of the audio clips. (You don't need to choose)

Go to the file Menu > export media

You will receive all the Export Options.  Select the Wave file

Select the option to export the work area.

Choose a location to export the file to (location HD)

    Follow your nose from there...

How to make an audio clip loop a given time period?

Let me know if you need, more or less long. I always your original, so the version published on the system. Do not delete for a few days. We can also adapt a modified version to get an exact duration, by basically Time stretch the Clip. I'm doing this at the hearing, so I can maintain the field and other aspects of the case. Pre can do, to a certain extent, but I like the control of the hearing. In addition, we can Volume keyframe fade sooner than the last Audio Unit, if they had to.

    Good luck

PS - If you use SFX, I often more material, I'm going to need. Rather than change in Audition, I just put all the Clip of SFX on a track and keyframe and the Keyframe to just the place that I need. In this way, if, let's say I lengthen my video Clip later, I just need to set keyframes for SFX and I still have enough material to use - I have no re - edit in Audition.

  • How to replace the audio clip with each other instead of stack

I'm editing a long track of narration in Audition, and I have to paste a small audio clip on narrative in several places.  I want the pasted clip to replace this part of the narrative, as it would in first.  What he does in hearing is battery clips, so if I choose narration for some reason, all the clips on the top of the narration are now moved behind her.  To get back them, I now spend the narration to an empty track clip, do the same with those who went behind and everything put back in the correct order.

Is it possible to have the clip pasted to replace what you paste it above as it would in first?

Thanks in advance for the help!

With the help of hearing CC 2015.1 build 8.1.0.162

No, unfortunately, if you work in multitrack view. An easy insertion function was requested to do exactly what you want but is not yet available.

The simplest solution is to split the clip to where you want to insert the new plug. You can do this either by using the Razor tool or the shortcut Ctrl-K. Then when you place the new clip on top it will show melted shackled at both ends. If you select one of the parts of the original item, you can click on the edge and drag it to the appropriate end of the new clip (leaving a chained if you wish or not fade).

  • How different sound levels in an audio clip?

I have a clip that has involved the camera down and voice coming out of the box.

I need the audio to start at full volume, then fade as the drops of the camera down, but still slightly audible toward the end of the clip.

In older versions of first, you could draw a line on the waveform to indicate the ups and downs of the volume within an audio clip.

Is there something like this in the latest version of first?  I use what version would have been downloaded from the site in February 2016.

You can do the same thing, expand the audio track was open track volume keyframes:

Or use Automation in the track mixer.

  • Melted how audio and keep the audio level in clips later

I have piloted PE 10.  When I add keyframes manually to fade audio output, or simply select the option ' fade out ' to fade at the end of an audio clip, the audio ends at the end of the clip and the audio of the following clips is to initial level.  This creates a large discontinuity to the noise level.

What happens if I want to the next clip or clips to continue in the same faded audio level, rather than start at their original level.

In Pinnacle Studio, for example, when you fade down audio, all audio to the right will be adjusted to match the level after the fade, as long as there are no keyframes forward of this final key-frame fade.  Now that I'm getting 10 EP, I'm bored of this behavior.

In PE10, there is a sequence of keys which allow this behavior?

If you have only one or a few Clips, where you want to reduce the Volume, I do so at the level of the Clip and simply adjust the fixed effect (appears automatically on all the audio Clips), and add keyframes to adjust the Volume.

I find it easier since the effect controls panel, accessible by selecting the Clip you want to adjust, and then in the effects tab, choose Edit effects.

Lets say you have a Clip, where the majority of the Volume is just, but there is a section where you want to turn it down. Go to where you want the Volume to start to get lower, add a keyframe (toggle ON keyframes), then go to where you want the Volume restore the main value and add another keyframe. At this point, nothing has changed, but you added two key frames, which "held" the Volume at the current level. Now, go where you want the Volume to its lowest, to the right of the first keyframe that we added. Add another. Adjust the level to this keyframe (now the second in the Clip) to what you want. Go where you want the Volume first on the rise, just before the second keyframe that you added (now third), and add another keyframe. Adjust so that it matches the Volume you settled in what is now the second keyframe. You will have four key frames: the first, one that keeps the Volume at the beginning of the Clip, the second, which allows to adjust the Volume to its setting, the third, which corresponds to the Volume of the second, then the fourth, keeping the Volume at the level of the initial until the end of the Clip. It will look like this:

Some like to do the with the "rubberbands" Keyframing in the Clip itself, but I like the effect controls panel.

In addition, keyframes that we added, are linear and if you want to adjust the Interpolation, the smoother changes just Rt-click on each keyframe, to adjust the Interpolation. Interpolation is a little abstract, so I suggest to read the help files on Bezier curves on keyframes.

    Good luck

  • How can I get an audio clip play simultaneously to an action of MSO?

There seems to be a delay to the audio and or intervention in the order of the button action.

I don't want the second action to activate after the sound, but at the same time... does anyone know a work around? It works fine in the preview, but once on the ipad, the audio is delayed serverly... Audio clips are just a matter of Ko, so I doubt that the delay is a thing of memory... Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

    Thank you

The solution is to add the audio file to the MSO autoplay value State.
