One of my questions are, most of the audio in the timeline panel is maxed out at 6db and cutting the rest of the audio. Is there a quick and easy solution that would allow me to eliminate having to go and drop each audio clip down to 0db manually?

  You can go in the Audio Mixer Panel and lower the volume of the entire track. If there are additional sounds on the same track you want not updated, just transfer them to a track of quantity. Which solves the problem?

  Looks like without the audio element is a nested element.  You will need to restore the audio signal in order to see the wave forms.

  In Final Cut Pro 7, you can use editing > find command to search on used clips in the sequence. See if there is an equivalent command in FCE. Unfortunately, I can't determine that at first hand on my system.   It is the nature of the movieclips. They play only when you make a film Test. If you want an animation that plays when you scrub the timeline, select the element and change it to be a chart instead. You can do this in the properties panel.

  Currently, navigation in folders only operates in the submenu of the music and allows you to navigate to the music folder.

  Books / Audible books / Podcasts can only be traversed by using the method of navigation standard ID3 tag.  Without these data, all we can do is to navigate between the 'unknown' and 'unknown '.

  audio denoiser appears to use the adaptive method by default. in other words, need a few seconds to look at the material to build a profile of noise and then start removing the noise. This is useful for when the noise pattern changes during recording. If you try to remove the noise is constant, you can open the effect and check the box 'freeze' to have keep the noise profile. This can make the effect kick in instantly vs seconds.

  On my login screen (and in the control panel > user accounts > account management) I have 3 accounts: Steve (Administrator) - set up as recommended, for changes to the system; Dave (Standard), Mary (Standard) - put in place for daily use by my wife and me.

  However, in C:\Users names were mixed up. C:\Users\Dave contains the files when you are connected as long as Steve; C:\Users\Mary has Dave files; There is a C:\Users\Mary_2 that contains the files of Mary. (I also have a completely empty C:\Users\Administrator folder and Public folder).
