  Graphics do not maintain a history, so when you draw something to a chart, you draw it costs.  Any information that was already in the graph is replaced.

  What you need to do is to store the information that you are already mapped to the graph in a shift register.  Now when you want to add new data, you add that to the data in the shift register and send it back to the chart.
