How can I add all current emails to a list

my list has been removed, but all emails are still there in the personal address book and I would like once again to their link back.

Why would you want a list will be all your contacts in there?

In the address in the compose window pane, click on a first and select Ctrl + A and then add it to: or whatever the button. Then are all added.

Conversely, you can do the same thing in the address book and then drag all the entries to the newly created list.
