How can I burn an ISO 9660 format disc in windows 7 >

I am trying to load music and photos in my Ford truck that has Microsoft SYNC. He reads only the disks in ISO 9660 format. I use Windows 7 and can't get a drive to burn in any other than the UDF format. How can I burn an ISO 9660 format disc using Windows 7?
