  It is not possible to disable the license from one computer crashed or possible to check which serial number has been used on computer because they are encrypted.

  A retail license is good to be installed on 2 machines. I checked your account and found 4 different serial numbers of Acrobat registered for your account.

  It is always suggested to buy a volume license, if you have more than 2 machines instead of buy 4 different serial numbers.

  I checked all the serial numbers entered and you have sufficient activation count remaining to cover all your machines.

  Sorry for the confusion. Home page (shows when you open a new window by pressing Ctrl + n) and the new tab (shown when you open a new tab by pressing Ctrl + t) are different parameters.

  To specify the steps for the second part of the answer of cor - el more in detail:

  (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

  (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste newtab and make a pause so that the list is filtered

  (3) double-click the preference browser.newtab.url and enter your favorite page:

  • (Default) page thumbnails = > subject: newtab
  • Blank tab = > subject: empty
  • Built-in Firefox homepage = > topic: welcome
  • Any other page = > full URL of the page

  Press Ctrl + t to open a new tab and check that it worked. Fixed?

  Since it's the integrated behavior, the fact that it changed usually attributed to an add-on.   I managed to answer my own question. I installed the software on my computer and then connected it by usb. My computer came next with asking me what language and location, I tried - showing the Lebanon and Arabic as the default value. I chose UK and English, and that's the officejet changed language on its screen.

  Panic at the wire. I even beat the HP support counselor who promised to get the Arab Department to advise me!
