  Press and change the quality of the image. However, on your camera there is no get 3Mpx parameter. You have L (16Mpx), M1 (8Mpx), M2 (2Mpx) and S (0.3Mpx).   You cannot perform backup and get error the system cannot find the specified file (0 x 80070002).

  The problem may occur if there is some disk errors hard or due to the interruption by third-party programs.

  What fixit have you tried?

  To check if the problem is due to hard drive errors or due to the interruption by third-party programs, I suggest you follow the steps:

  After each step, if the problem persists, go to the other.

  Method 1: Check the hard disk for errors
