Do you get any error Messages?

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab

Scroll down to the Section navigation

Uncheck Show friendly https error messages

Click on apply, Ok

Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab

Click the Lan settings button

Check automatically detect settings

Click Ok, apply, Ok

Change proxy settings in Internet Explorer
