How can I connect to creative cloud within Photoshop CC?
I am a CC Subscriber. I am connected to the Mac Cloud creative desktop application. In Photoshop, I need to access my library but it says that I am not connected to CC. In preferences, sync settings, it shows as I am not connected, but it offers no place to do this.

OK, let's do a logout and restart. Make sure that this CC desktop application is the same version as mine.
Go to creative cloud office preferences and log out. It will disable your apps. Restart your Mac for good measure.
You should be asked to sign and I hope this will clear up whatever it be suspended in your old login.
That also shows updates as appropriate.
