  I would select and load everything in Camera Raw (Ctrl/Cmd-R), making global adjustments, then use the Save... button in the lower left corner.

  I just checked the Raw images in smart collections. It worked just like all other JPEG files. If you can view thumbnails of Raw in bridge, according to my hypothesis, there cannot be any problem in creating the smart collection. If you cannot display thumbnails u may need to update the bridge to read the contradiction of particular camera model image.any will be received in the good spirit
