  When Control Panel Items\Default Programs\Set Associations\ \Control Panel\All don't know that either the app should open a file type, it assigns an icon of the Virgin-sheet-of-paper file name.  In my case, I use a popular HTML editor called NoteTab (of Fooke Software Co.), and one of its internal types of dictionary files is .udt.  When I inspected the NoteTab file C:\Program Files (x 86) \NoteTab 7\Dictionaries\Default.udt, I found the icon of the Virgin-sheet-of-paper, click the context menu Open withand I forgot to uncheck the always use the selected program to open this type of file, from choose the program you want to use to open this file:.

  So I ended up linking .udt to 7 NoteTab in \Default Programs\Set Associations\.  If not maybe not a big deal, if it wasn't a search on ".udt", which gives 9 following keys in the registry...

  Apparently, the types of files .udt have a meaning far beyond dictionary NoteTab 7 folder.  I found on Google that "UDT" can mean 'User defined Type', but it is difficult for me to accept that just link .udt to 7 NoteTab generated all regustrt keys 9 above.

  So, I find myself with this question to which I have been unable to solve: how to restore the .udt "Unknown Application" file extension in \Default Programs\Set Associations\?

  My administrative user page does not correctly load upward.  Only 10 processes are running, and in the file associations of programs together many extensions are listed as "unknown application".  Open none of the shortcuts on the desktop, I have only the "open with:" dialog box.  All other pages the user on the computer to work properly.   Found this.

  Click on the Start button and select settings.

  Then select devices.

  Click on the mouse and touch pad and scroll down and select 'extra mouse Options '.

  This will open a box that should have the information and the name of the type of touchpad has your computer.

This is followed by asking all the elements that have this value because it is in the field of xCollectionID (from DocMeta table) and then query the dFileSize (in the table of Documents) to find the size of each of these elements. Finally, add them together to get the size.
