  If it is for use in a browser, you will find that what works for some will not work with others. When Acrobat/Reader is used as a plug-in, it can work to create a link to the page numbers and named destinations (that you're an anchor), but other browsers that use a built-in PDF reader may not support it.   When you have finished editing, you can save it in the plugins folder.
