  Creativce Cloud subscription is good for use on 2 computers according to the end-user license agreement. You can go ahead and activate it on another machine.

  If you want to activate a 3rd machine that a message would appear on citing your use of the software on 2 computers, there you have an option to click on "Continue" where you want to disable the copy on a previous machine.

  Uninstall CS4 versions properly using the uninstall programs that come with them (aliases are in each of the directories of the apps). In addition, it works as it should - newer versions always leave former in place.   The file you need to disable temporarily is at the following location in Windows: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2015\configuration\Translators\Date.htm. He will be in a situation similar to Mac OS X in the Applications folder.

  If you use an earlier version of Dreamweaver on a PC running 64-bit Windows, see C:\Program Files (x 86).

  Date.htm contains two JavaScript functions: getTranslatorInfo() and translateMarkup() you need to temporarily replace with dummy functions.

  Know that you will be editing a program file. Needs administrator privileges to do this. As long as you know what you're doing, it should not cause problems, but you do at your own risk.

  It is based on the expected results.  A VGA splitter will give you two monitors but they will display the same image.  If the expected result is two different pictures, maybe something like this will do;
