How can I disable the silly mode in InDesign CS5?

I have worked with CTD since it all began in the end of the 1980s, with the production printing and as a designer and is seen some fantastic and less fantastic applications suites come and gone. QuarkXPress was one of these, but they failed dismally when Adobe has finally released a usable version of InDesign for the pros in the early 00's.

And now they seriuosly screwed this wonderful application. When it comes to creating things in InDesign you want really all that 'help' you get from version 7.0 (CS5).

Some of the biggies

  • Whats up with dragging the content placed in a frame of the rectangle when not scoring with the direct Selection tool?
  • Trying to turn something being trying to align every item available InDesign conciders might be interesting by aligning with. IT IS NOT HOW WE PROS DO! We hold SHIFT when you turn things, and if we want to turn the things outside the scope of 45 ° we use the palette entry, so we get accurate figures.
  • And why (again) InDesign would have something to see where I put my items, I put where I want it please don't bother. I'm curious, is it possible to close all these ridiculous things, which is in the way when I'm trying to work?

It is called the content grabber, and you turn it off under 'Extras' in the view menu.

Most of this stuff is usually hate at first sight for the pros, drank Moussa we, indeed, have learned to love the smart guides and even small boxes with corrdinate information when you drag. I'm much more productive in CS5 I ever hpoed in CS3, and even a little more than in CS4.
