How can I download a dreamweave site?

I created a site using "Frameset" fixed on it, and it works very well when I have preview in Safari and Netscape and I would download on my ISP.
On my old site, I made using HTML that I had to call the master page "index.htm" and then just download the site.
I have 3 files on my new site called 'Untitled - 8.htm', 'UntitledFrame - 23.htm' and 'UntitledFrameset - 57.htm. These seem to control the site, but if I change the names of their 'index', nothing works.
I Dreamwever is great, it saved me hours on the time that it used to take, but I don't have no idea how to post my new site - there, someone can help?

The answer is not to use a graphics program to write your HTML code. It's what
you bought DW for. If you know a little about HTML, then this should not be
such a chore for you.
