  I created a website using Muse.  Whenever I try to download the website through Muse, the download breaks down.  The active folder contains many large pdf files, so I think it's part of the problem.  I was able to download the pdf of wholesale for Muse site using FileZilla.  So my question is: How can I download necessary files created with Muse (html, scripts, etc...)  using FileZilla?  Any help would be appreciated.

  Please use the export HTML option in Muse and then try to download hosting server using filezilla.

  I use a Mac and a website with Muse. After doing the site, I published the site and subsequently launched with Business Catalyst.

  When I enter my site, I got the notification: to edit this page, download your website into the public_html directory.

  Does anyone know how can I fix? I am a complete noob in this same topic.

  To set up the new site, you will need to download on Godaddy using upload to FTP feature in muse. Please see the link below which explains more in this regard.

  To secure the old site, you will need to do some work in Godaddy file manager. Below is one of the ways that I can use to ensure the former site.

  • Go to the file (inside the folder public_html) Manager
  • Create a new folder called "backup".
  • Return to the public_html folder and copy all the files except the "backup" folder and paste them into the backup folder. Now the url for the site of the former backup will become yourdomain.com/backup

  Note: You must do the steps to backup before you download muse to FTP site.
