  I suggest you to verify if the Service Pack is installed on your computer by following the instructions below:

  -Click Start, right-click my computer, and then click Properties.

  If Service Pack 3 is listed in the system section, SP3 is already installed on your computer and you do not need to reinstall the SP 3.

  If it is present in the list of programs, this means that it is ideally installed.
   

  If you do not see the Service Pack3 listed in the system section of the Properties window, follow the instructions provided in the links below to install your SP 3.
