  This isn't what Mary said.  You get 2 facilities by title.  You should have disabled software on your old machine first, but since you have now 2 methods to disable older facilities.

  My first recommendation was to contact support with your product purchase information and disable them.

  Mary offered another option which is to go ahead and install the software on your new hard drive.   If an error saying: you have exceeded the limit of 2 machine, press the button continue to disable older facilities.  You will then be able to install on you're your new hard drive plus one more.

  I belive that your confusion comes from the difference between making a simple editing application and a multi-question application. The store don't know or what device you have supported, and the store does not "send me the report l / h/proper resolution for my device.

  By making an application multi-probleme for the desired scenario (a folio for iPhone 4, one for the iPhone 5) you publish the two folios/free public or public/retail in Folio Producer for one account DPS. Then you make an app in App Builder that points to this account. This unique application to Apple.
