How can I get help when cc will not update on my computer?

For the second week to be without service.

The application manager will appear empty.  There are no apps for update or instillation.

CC call Update. My payments are up to date and I make websites for various companies.

First, close your office cc application.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

Navigate to the OOBE folder.

Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE

and rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db, for example

Finally, launch your cc desktop application.
