How can I get in touch with Adobe in Australia?
There is a number of Creative Cloud 30 days. I tried everything on the Adobe communities but still no luck. I tried to find a where clause to contact them on the Adobe Web site?
Well, it was a document in the etc folder, called 'host' on my computer it was blocking. Delete all 'activation of the block' and bam!

I followed the discussions in this forum, I'm not alone almost lose my mind after being wrapped around in Adobes Electronic customer service nighmare of learning.
It is absurd how Adobe seeks to improve their income by making it virtually impossible for customers terminate a subscription in a simple and professional way. As mentioned by other subscribers - it is OBVIOUOS for us all, and it should come as no surprise to Adobe that most of their Clients are mainly in the corner opposite of IDIOTS. In any case, it's totally disrespectful to treat in this way cllients.
Despite you connecting to my Adobe personal account I find no cancellation form, no e-mail or phone number Customer Service and I am directed to this FORUM! to put an end to my personal subscription!
Can someone please help me stop my subscription! Now!

Hello, as stated in the title, I recently bought a one year student membership to Cloud Adobe Creative suite, with the confirmation number provided by email. It's been more than 24 hours, and I still cannot download my purchase. When I click on the download button, the download starts, but is only to between 4 and 30% before stopping. Error messages that are returned are 201 or 1001. 201 refers to the Internet connection which, according to the website of my ISP, is fine. Referring to the 1001 error troubleshooting section offers all first uninstall the desktop app creative cloud and then reinstall it before you run the vacuum cleaner. However, I am unable to uninstall the trial version, only receives a message that uninstalling cannot happen because other applications use. None are open and even a restart does not solve the problem.
Adobe phone service is naturally closed at the time wherever I come home from work, and their chat tool is inactive since purchase. So, I turn on the forums. If someone from Adobe can contact me, or if anyone in the Adobe community has useful advice, it will be greatly appreciated.

First upgrade your LR to the latest version (6.0 is not the current version). Then use the program. If you are still experiencing difficulties, contact the forum again. After the version of your operating system and LR.

Last week, I contacted supported help because my serial No. has not worked. I was told that it was cancelled (after 6 years!) for reasons that are not clear. They would work to solve it and come back tho me within 24 to 48 hours. I have heard nothing and still cannot use my CS4. How do you get in touch with a real person again. It is the normal procedure as you have been reimbursed for your previous Creative Suite 4 purchase. I saw a note in the 202666540 matter who told you you could continue to use your Creative Suite 4 Mac license.
I added a new Photoshop CS 4 Mac serial number to your account. Serial number ends in 1936 and is active. You can find details on how to locate the new serial number to quickly find your serial number.

In Lightroom, go to help-> my account. You need to sign in to your Adobe account. Then click on the button that is highlighted in the red square. Then, you will be able to choose the option you want.
