  You will probably need a more recent version (if it exists - I don't know) OR use virtualization.  If you have the professional or Enterprise version of Windows 7 Ultimate, you can download the free XP mode and run your program under that.  You can use anytime upgrade if you have a House version.  Another alternative would be to use virtualization and a licensed copy of XP if you have that and you want to upgrade Windows.
