How can I get my BACK billing program to open fullscreen on Windows 7?

I have an older program BACK billing (Unilink) which opens in full screen on XP Professional.  Now I have a new computer with Windows 7, and now it will not open in full screen; It is small enough.   Any way to make bigger?  Change the graphics will not make it full-screen.

Thank you!

Windows 7 will not work old 16-bit Dos programs full screen. You will need to find the 3rd part of the tools that will help this issue.

Thank you

Marilyn
