How can I get rid of this extra empty bar that usually stores the control bar?

I've recently updated to 2015 for CC and somehow I accidently deleted the bar of 'Control' in the window menu. After you add this return, there will always be an additional empty bar where my used controls will be placed. I want to remove this bar.

This empty bar should be added by some 3rd party plugins. Can you please delete and see if it goes away.

It seems that the folders "My Documents" and "Public Documents" are somehow added to the music library. Simply right click on 'Music' Library/topic, and then select Properties.
Click 'Restore Defaults' and click OK.

If this is not the case, press the alt key to bring up.In the menu bar, select Tools-Options-general
