  The only thing I can think that don't go as described is the verification of the cleaning tool, also no log file is created.

  -In a text editor, such as TextEdit, open /Users/ [user name] / Adobe Creative cloud cleanser Tool.log.

  Try following the procedure below

  Click on Finder and then hold down command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard

  It will open to go to the window of the folder, type exactly ~/Library and click Go

  Then open Application Support > Adobe files

  Files Recycle Bin AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  Now click on the finder and press command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard.

  This time, type / library and click on Go.

  Be sure to remove ~ symbol.

  Then open Application Support > Adobe files.

  Basket AAMUpdater, Adobe Application manager, records OOBE.

  Now click on Finder and then hold command + SHIFT + U keys on your keyboard.

  It will open the Utilities folder.

  Please do not forget that you work directly on the layer on which is the image you want to blur. Where you work on an empty layer, make sure that your auto to check the ' sample all layers ' (mine is unchecked) property in the top bar. The problem persisted, while I posted my question. This morning, however, the glitch seems to have emptied himself! The button tab and the icon "+" both work as before! Don't ask me what happened, I couldn't even begin to try to explain. In any case, here's the ext/addons I: Norton Protection against vulnerabilities. Personas; Flash Video Downloader; Groowe Search Toolbar (which was proposed by Mozilla); and Yahoo Toolbar. Thanks again for your help, I appreciate it.

  Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.
