  You did not include the version of your operating system: Windows 7 I guess because you have been deported back to a very early version of the HP SimplePass.

  You must consider that you may have a version of your fingerprint driver that is appropriate (fairly recent) to run a newer version of HP SimplePass.  The fact that the old version SimplePass does not at all suggests that you run the version of the driver 4.3.118.0 - this version of the driver is not compatible with subsequent revisions of the SimplePass software.

  I think you're the best option is to start over with a pre-built CSS layout that doesn't contain positioned elements.

  Either way, Flash is dead now.  Most of the people cannot display Flash media more.  You can convert the HTML5 video or use YouTube to host videos now.

  Firefox always opens a new window with the home page (s), you must use shift + left click on a link (bookmark) to open a page in a new window or just rip an existing tab by dragging the tab slightly downwards to open the tab in a new window.

  425 is the error that you have been doing all along? That looks like a firewall or router problem or a server side hosting configuration problem.
