The only options that appear for the option Save as others are "text' and 'word or excel." In older versions, there is a PDF option here that allow them to record read-only.   Sorry to disappoint you but Photoshop is no longer available to purchase outright, to instead rent you it for as long as you need. Research on the good side, if you were able to buy Photoshop it would cost $1000 as was the retail price of the latest version to be sold directly to customers. You can get Photoshop for $10 per month now, which is certainly better than paying $1000 for it?
