  Update seems to be the answer here. Make sure you are running the latest version, and it should evolve correctly. I was unable to check on my laptop 4K because I returned it, but I remember using without problem on my old 3 Surface Pro, which has a very high resolution. It was a similar story, and once I updated it was fine.
