  You are probably using Windows under a user account. I think you will find that if you set Lightroom to run as administrator you will have no problem. Given that you have renamed your Lightroom Catalog will not recognize it in any case. You will need to use the file-> Open to open the Catalog under the new name.   The minimum you need to do for the old machine is to disable (help-> Deactivate) programs.  After that you can uninstall them if you want or need the extra space (never done wrong to have a backup, you are allowed to have two active facilities)

  If you downloaded the programs initially, then you will need to download and install on the new machine.  Check your Adobe account online links for download.  If you can't find everything, where you need to go to download then can count on what versions of the programs that you have.

  A site that has most of the programs available for download in trial versions is http://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl.  You can use the serial numbers of your original purchase to enable testing to full use.  You must carefully follow the instructions on this site for downloads to work.
