  Who told you that was incorrect, as far as I'm concerned. Firefox is more customizable than the 'competition', but not as much as the previous versions were.

  The home button can be moved, but the back / button drop-down list is set to the address bar - they cannot be separated.

  The combo Stop / Reload button is locked in the address bar.

  The problem is with the settings of your monitor. One of the buttons on the front of your monitor will take you in the settings of your monitor.   If you mean that the taskbar, click with the right button on the taskbar and uncheck lock taskbar.

  Use the left mouse button to drag the taskbar to the side of the screen where you want to move and then block new taskbar.

  One thing you could do requires some manual work, but much less removal of dupes. For example, the Inbox. In the machine, you are going to scrap, create a new folder and move all messages in your Inbox to it. After you import on the other machine, you can drag the messages you need this folder in the Inbox, and then remove the user created the folder.
