  The 7.1.20110512W version Google toolbar works in Firefox 5.0 using the add-on Compatibility Reporter, I tried it myself because of the large number of comments on the problems of the GTB.

• Cannot change the width of the frame using the toolbar

  I'm suddenly having the strangest problem.

  Usually, I put the height and the width of the frames by typing in the values that I want in the upper left corner of the toolbar.

  

  I am suddenly unable to change the width of the frames. Height is fine. But when I type in the new value for the width and press ENTER, nothing happens to the selected image.

  Height works always normally, with or without "constrain proportions" on.

  It is possible that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" are not on the bookmarks toolbar.

  • View > toolbars (press F10 to display the Menu bar)
  • Right click on empty toolbar space

  Use the toolbar (Customize) to open the Customize and set the toolbar to display items.

  • Make sure the "bookmarks toolbar items" are on the personal bar
  • If "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is not on the bookmarks toolbar, then FRY it in the palette to customize the window customize to the bookmarks toolbar
  • If the missing elements are in the palette to customize then drag them back into the window to customize the toolbar
  • If you don't see an article on a toolbar and in the palette to customize, then click on the "Restore default settings" button to restore the default toolbar configuration

  Are there current plans to make each mobile toolbar, so that the bookmarks toolbar (in particular) will be actually located above the tabs? Unless somewhere down the line, it is expected to do away with the Eman "tabs on top", I'll stick with Pale Moon, because it at least gives me the option...

  I am willing to make the adjustment from T to T, but this question 'breaks' continuity. I do not use the toolbars that are not integrated with Fx, for example, X-notify, LastPass, but I follow the personal bar visible at all times. I used various addons to customize my UI in order to make the most of the available property, but so far have found nothing to let me SKIP the CT of the WB.

  Google has decided that they will produce is no longer the toolbar for Firefox 5 and newer version. It is better to move on to other alternatives to try any "hacks" in the toolbar which may or may not work in the future. Future versions of the Google toolbar works only with IE7-9. Google toolbar is not available on all other browsers, even own Google browser.
