How can I open a .prel file in first 11 elements?

Yesterday, I created a video with premiere elements 11 and I recorded it in the .prel file.

Today, I wanted to open this file to continue working on my video, but I couldn't open the file .prel.

When I try to open this file, my first items 11 said it does not support this file type, or it is in a fake codec.

Maybe it's because I moved the different clips that I used for my video after I saved my project

imported into the project. When you import your media source in a project, what you get in the draft are copies of the

originals. And these copies must go back to the original disk hard saving location where

they have imported first into the draft.

    1. Right click on the WAB file. Properties and check the read-only attribute unchecked.
    2. In OE: Open the address book and file | Import | Address book (wab) and point to the WAB file.

    Please copy and paste the instructions you follow or provide a link.  It is always possible that the instructions have an error and you should be by double-clicking the installer. EXE.
