  As you did a reinstall, make sure that Service Packs are installed.

  If they are, download and save Adobe, etc. > then right-click on the setup.exe > run as administrator to install.

  Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.

  Creative cloud is not a Web host.   Is your Cloud space to save copies of your work files.

  You must first get a public web space on the server of a hosting provider or use Business Catalyst to host your site files.

  Your web hosting provider will send you an email with the login details.  You need this information to install your remote site definition in DW.

  Go to Site > new Site > see screenshots below.

  Specify your Site Local folder where your site files will be on your hard drive:

  

  Details of the Remote Site:

  Some hosts have a virtual directory on the server where you must place the files in your web site.   It might be public_html or htdocs.  It depends on the hosting provider.

  

  More options: such settings recommended by your hosting provider.

  

  First ATTEMPT to confirm the connection with the remote server.  And then click Save.

  I just joined the creative cloud and the CC window wrote that I installed 5 Lightroom and Photoshop CC.  There is a shortcut of Lightroom on my desk that seems to open the app (I'm new to Lightroom).  However, there is no shortcut Photoshop CC.  There IS a shortcut for creative cloud that only opens the window described in the first sentence.  Help!  I am running Windows 7 Professional, Service Pack 1.

  Strange... Well, there must be an Adobe Photoshop file with the icon of the application appropriate in it somewhere in your programs folder. You know how and where to find that? You can then right-click this icon and create a shortcut on the desktop.

  I wish that the application in the CC Panel Destop icons 'begin' applications, if present, of course. It would be very easy for them to do, I guess.
