  I have XP and Windows 7. The only program I have in Add/Remove programs on both machines is ieSpell, the spelling of add-on for Internet Explorer that I installed. Thus, it is unlikely that it is a MS program that you deleted.
   
  Really, no one could even have a wild guess as to what program you removed. If everything works, I don't worry about this.
   
  Depending on what the program was, and how recent you deleted, restore the system could add it. I saw it for myself, but it does not always work.
