  The history list is the only place that Web sites is stored unless you have installed a monitoring/parental control program. Once history has been removed, the information has disappeared. You can use Windows Live Family Safety on Windows XP SP2 and later versions to keep track of internet activity even if the history is cleared. Follow the link below for more information.

  If you have published your site to Adobe Business Catalyst, there is some analytics built in. Sign in to your site at yoursite.businesscatalyst.com/admin, or click on the button 'manage' Muse. The first page you visit has some analytics on your site.

  If your host your site with BC, do not or are not satisfied with analytics, you can add Analytics tracking code to a 3rd site like google analytic or stattracker. These sites allow you to register and then you give a HTML code that you can embed in Muse in the head (using the page properties dialog box) or on the page (using Insert HTML code).

  I have a new Kodak ESP 3250 all-in-one printer but no software yet. The supplied software disk does not work what you do and does not open to the install window. So, I'll have to download the software from The Kodak site. However, when I run this software, I get the error: 8200 UI file is missing. When I check on the internet there are a lot of customers with this problem so know about that Kodak. I asked a new disc of Kodak software, but they said I should use the downloaded software. I said it's no good for me because it doesn't work. I'm being advised by Kodak Technical Support to follow the detailed instructions provided by them. One of the requirements is to remove the 'Hello' files, but I can't do what I need additional permissions that force me to sign as an administrator. All Kodak would say is that I have to contact Microsoft. So I thought that this forum would be ideal. Any body can help please.

  When you restart the computer, there is the logon screen that lists all existing accounts, including the administrator account.

  If you are the administrator and in possession of the admin password, connect to the Admin account.

  If you are none of the above, you can NOT install anything. Contact your administrator.

  For users having the same problem, I just uninstalled Mozilla Firefox from this computer went to the start menu and searched %AppData%, clicked on the "Roaming" and deleted the Mozilla folder. If it won't let you do this, make sure all the things Mozilla are closed and uninstalled. You can always sign in your Mozilla account on another computer or if you reinstall the browser on the same computer.
