How can I register my AppleCare purchased over a year ago?

I bought iMac 21.5 "and AppleCare (iMac) Feb 2013 but I forgot to save the documents.

Today, my iMac had hardware problems, so I'm trying to save the documents, but the Web (https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreement/register) registration page shows the following warning:

It seems that this product was purchased over a year ago and may not be registered with this registration number. If you feel that this information is incorrect and you would like to make a correction, please contact the Apple Support.

Can I register the AppleCare for this iMac? Which Web page can I register my AppleCare?

I think that "contact the Apple Support" is explicit.
