  I have a Dell Studio 1749 under Windows 7 Home Premium.   I postponed the upgrade of Windows 10 to the present day.  The update file appears in the control panel Windows Update Panel, but when I click start it restarts Windows 7 simply and tells me that the new updates have been installed but it was Windows 7 updates since yesterday.

  Is the corrupted Windows 10 download, and if so how can I remove this and re-download the file?    Or maybe another solution?

• On the Windows start page, photos of key shortcut icon keep Disappearing, failed to peak of the icon of Firefox. How can I stop this and make the pictures remain, as before. This just started last week.

  On my screen shortcut keys don't contain their individual icon pictures, until I have sign, back in market, or Clear My Temporary Files, etc. Then they all go to the Firefox default image.   I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing. I'll certainly try and help you fix the issue; However, I will need to ask you a few questions.

  1. what version of IE are you using?

  2 do you have of them pack installed?

  3. do you have an antivirus installed on the computer?

  4. do you also deal with any show related to problems with the computer?

  5. are you aware of any changes made to the computer before the show?

  First of all, you can run a full scan using the Microsoft Safety Scanner.

  I'm having a small problem with WMP 12. I downloaded a few visualizations and skins today and installed then in WMP 12. They worked, but I want to uninstall the skins and some of the visualizations. However, I can't remove the visualizations options because the button is grayed out delete (I'm an admin, I even tried to run WMP in admin and the button was not yet available) and I can't find the visualization files in the folder Program Files from WMP to remove what someone suggested in a forum.
