  You can remove them by going to system preferences-> network-> wireless-> advanced-> WiFi-> and then select the networks you want to remove and press on the "-" button in the middle to the left.

  You have a network named "Homegroup".

  You have several working groups set in place, and you want to remove a computer from one of them?

  I don't think you can remove the default books. I open any personal book, select a contact, do a control + a to select all and drag in the personal address book by default. Then delete the empty book. Then do the same for the collected books.
