  Adobe Muse can only open files .muse, it accepts no other extensions, so it is impossible to open GoLive in Muse.

  There is a way, it's a hit and trial method. If you have used images in goLive, you can try to copy and paste in Muse.

  That's more or less like calling images from one program to the other.

  If you want to put the code in Muse, then you can copy the code from GoLive, Muse go to object > insert HTML code and paste the code into the box.
