How can I send different Comm. to contact w / multiple email addys?

Hi all

I'm creating a new campaign of rental for our society.  The first part of the campaign sends recently accepted hires of informative emails to their personal e-mail address.  The second series of emails should be sent after hiring and their company e-mail address.

I'm puzzled.  I thought to create two contacts, but this has proved to be much more time for our Department of human resources (having to fill essentially the same form twice with two e-mail addresses).

Are there programs that I could build to change the e-mail address to the company AFTER sent communications prior to hiring?  Where I could simply store the second address in a data or another area contact card?  I admit that my experience with the program generator is very limited.

This is possible through the use of the form submit Cloud Connector.

Here's what you can do:

1. do you have two form fields that HR fills for a new employee - a personal Email address and an email address of the company. The "Personal email address" field will map to the field "E-mail address" Eloqua.

2. create a contact of "Company" field "E-mail address and have the field"Company"E-mail address" on your map of shape to this newly created field.

3. create another shape in Eloqua that contains two fields: E-mail address and e-mail address of the company. Add a 'Change of Contact' step 'email forms processing and to the E-mail address of origin on the 'Email address' field and the new email address in the field "company" E-mail address ".

4 install the connector of cloud to submit the form (you must create an account first and must have API privileges in Eloqua)

5 Add a step in your program-generating HR program before sending the second part of the campaign (the part that is intended for their business email address) to send contacts to the form submit Cloud Connector. (or, if you use the canvas of the campaign, you would send records to a connector of clouds before sending the email in the series).

6 configure the connector of cloud form submit to use the form that you created which changes the email address of the contact, and add the two fields of contact: E-mail address and e-mail address of the company and match them to your two fields in the form.

Net result: before hiring Emails are sent to the personal email address of the individual, as when this HR form contact Eloqua was created using the personal e-mail address. Before after hiring emails are sent, the cloud shape connector submit submits a form using the (personal) current e-mail address and the address of the company (a separate field in contact) presented by HR on the original form and changes the address of the personal e-mail the company. The email address is now changed and future emails are sent to the e-mail address of company.

The only drawback here is that after changing the e-mail address, there will be no trace of personal e-mail on the contact record address in Eloqua. This can be done as well, if you wish.

    Contacts are now calling people.

    To access people to Outlook.com, hover over the Outlook logo in the upper left corner and click the arrow that appears to the right of the Outlook logo.
    Select people.

    Back to your Inbox from people:

    Hover over the logo of people and click the arrow that appears to the right of the logo of the people. Select mail.
    You can also get calendar or Skydrive in the same way.

    Your list filtering:

    Above the search box at the top of the Contact list on the left, is a filter option that says "All".
    If you click on this, you should see one of the groups created in the past.
    Click on one of them to filter your list to all the contacts in this group.

    By selecting one or more Contacts:
    If you click on a contact in the list name, the details for that contact will appear on the right.
    Alternatively, if you click the checkbox to the left of the picture of the contact, you can create a list of contacts selected on the right by clicking on the checkbox to the left of several contacts.

    Add or remove a group membership:

    If you select one or more contacts, you will see a bar option from the top to the groups menu.
    If you click it, and then it displays the list of groups with a checkbox that is enabled for each group that the contact (s) is / is a member of.

    You can uncheck to remove or check to add, select contacts in the selected groups and then click on apply to apply the changes.
    Your selected contacts will then be updated to be added or removed groups you have chosen as appropriate.

    Delete
    When you select one or more contacts, you will see an option in the top menu bar to remove.
    If you click on delete and click on remove in the confirmation box, the selected contacts will be removed.

    Edit:
    You can change if you clicked on a single contact (name or photo) in the list on the left to see details on the right.
    When you view the details, click on edit in the menu bar to change or add details.

    If you still have your old PC in working condition, with its iTunes library intact, not to use your iPod to transfer the library to your new Mac.  You transfer your data from user (not just your iTunes data) directly from the old PC to the new Mac.

    There is an automated system called Migration Wizard, if your system meets the requirements.  Be sure to have a backup of the data.

    To summarize, the first step is to make sure that all your iTunes data is stored in the iTunes folder ("consolidate"), which is located in your folder music user account.  The second step is to copy this folder iTunes on an external drive, to create a backup.  The third step is to restore that backup the iTunes on your new Mac folder.  Launch iTunes to use data from the old PC iTunes; It looks like iTunes running on your old PC, complete with all the songs (and other types of media) and data, such as reading lists, notes, play count, etc.

    Your iPod continues to synchronize with it, because for the iPod, it's the same iTunes library (on another computer).  If you using your iPod as a data source, you add your old data to an iTunes library on Mac.  It is NOT complete.  The iPod sees it as a different iTunes library.  iPods are not designed to be your data from iTunes backup.

    However, IF the iPod is now the only place where your songs are stored (and you have no other backup), thanks for posting back.

    Its quite simple with OS 6.  Everything you do is compose a text message and in the menu select a photo and then send.  Also, you can select the photo, and in the menu click on 'Send' and he opens a submenu that gives you the option to send a 'text message' as well as other options like e-mail, etc., you then choose your contact and send it.

    Also when to send txt messages from long more than 160 characters, it will notify you that you send this sub form of MMS message.  I have messages typed on more than 160 characters long, and it sends it without any problem.  My previous BB have cut me to 160
